I have been busy, drawing painting, trying my best to keep myself busy. Sorry for the lack of being around. I just have been so stressed out lately there are things that I just don't want to deal with. But I do plan to catch everyone back up with me including pictures and what not.

My art teacher said that some of my works remind him of Lori Early's pieces. I checked it out, I wish I could paint like that....

So last week I had the most amazing opportunity to talk and meet with Crystal Wagner. Her bold color choices and beautiful paper sculptures have put her on the map of being nominated one of the top emerging artist of 2008. She thinks of art in a biology and scientific way. Keeping in mind how everything works mechanically and thus comes out in her work. Giving her a different approach then most artist.

Aside from my other shop City Noise, I decided that maybe I should bring something bright, happy, and cute to my life and others. When I think of uber cute things I think of baby!

So for a while I have been getting things together and make super cute things for 'Mommy and me, Baby and Me.'. I got the invitation for this but I have kept it secret from everyone, I've been quietly working on these new items for a while now. The new line is called Little darlings. But it's not going to be out for a while.

But I'm going to allow for a sneak peek, though it's small it's a pack of baby invitations. At first I only wanted to sell them for $10 for a pack of 10, but then that could be pretty expensive so ultimately I'm going to Sara about maybe lowering the price.

Goodness it's late, I should be in bed by now sleeping. I have a busy day tomorrow, I have to get up at around 6 take a shower get ready for school and be at school by nine o'clock in the morning. I feel horible sometimes because it's such a long drive from my home all the way to school. There and back sometimes feels like more trouble than anything else.

Poor little Jonas is sound asleep on my bed, turning, turning, and turning. I have gotten to the point where I hate sleeping with him. for one of these reasons a.) for the fear that his small blatter may give way and he'll mess the covers up...again. b.) He moves around too much and can never get situated. c.) He now has a thing for yelping right in my ear. The last few nights I have had to deal with all three or at least two of them. For being such a silly dog, he is pretty clever. But it's unbelieveable how spoiled rotten he is.

My nighmares have died down some, so I am no as afraid of sleeping at night. Thanks to everyone who has helped me out, late nght tea chats and back rubs. And those of who have prayed too thank you all. But because of that I am so used to staying up odd hours, and sleeping in till late. Which is a big no no! considering my schedule.

Ugh I really need sleep. I'm so tired, and I have a Visions One project due which I need to finish. We had to pick two contemporary artist, my two choices were two artist whos works are, lets just say not for the younger set of eyes. In art you do have to be very open minded. But then again not too open minded.

ANYWHO.

I think it is about time I go to bed. I atleast wont to be somewhat rested before the long drive. And plus I do have some homework that I need to finish up. I hate this weather that we had this week, it kept me out of school for two days, so I'm a little behind. Thank goodness for very understanding and forgiving professors.. I also have A LOT of catching up to do in French class.

I'll update later. Right now I am just too tired and dont care much for spelling errors and such. Bleh!
